Your privacy is respected by us. Puffcases.Com does not sell or provide any customer data to any third-party source.

BILLING AND SHIPPING

At this time, we only accept orders and make shipments within the United States. We cannot make shipments to APO or FPO addresses. Orders normally ship within 2 business days. Saturday and Sunday are not business days. We use UPS for all of our outbound shipments. Shipments via Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are available.

All products ship from our Southern California warehouse. All sales are subject to credit card approval. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Optima and Discover. Sales tax will be added to all orders from Georgia and California.

We ship on time and complete virtually all of the time. Our "fill rate" is 98%. Only 2% of the cases ordered from us go on backorder status. In the unlikely event that we do have to backorder your case, we will notify you immediately with a projected ship date and provide you with other options you may wish to consider.

RETURNS

You may return a case for a refund for any reason within 10 days, subject to the following conditions. However, sales of closeout items are final and cannot be returned.

All of our products are warranted against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration and excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please contact us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and shipping instructions. You must have a Return Authorization number in order to return merchandise for any reason. To receive a Return Authorization Number, you should CONTACT US by e-mail at sales@puffcases.com

If returning a case because of manufacturer defect, we will gladly repair or replace your case. If the case is returned for any other reason, we must charge a 15% restocking fee (since the manufacturers charge us this fee), and the customer is responsible for return shipping cost. The case MUST be returned in original condition, with ALL original materials and packaging to receive credit.
